The National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) recently released their updated health and safety measures for their conference in Nashville, Tennessee from September 21 through 23, 2021.

Some of the requirements include proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test, within 72 hours of check-in at the conference for everyone in attendance. Face masks will be required in all NRPA areas and at all events.

 

Health screening checkpoints will occur at Music City Center entrances. In order to expedite the process, those in attendance will upload their vaccine cards or test results to a link that will be emailed to everyone registered.

For those who do not show proof of vaccination or a negative test, NRPA is offering a virtual option.

The venue will be routinely cleaned and disinfected, health and wellness checkpoints will be administered daily, physical distancing will be enforced, and kn95 masks, 3-ply over the ear looped masks, or folded gaiters are recommended as useful masks.
