The Sparta officers came upon the vehicle along Forest Hill Drive. Three people were near the truck and were in the process of taking items from it, police said.

Richard Keim, 20, and two juveniles, ages 16 and 17, all from Lake Hopatcong, were charged with burglary, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools.

All were turned over to Jefferson police and the investigation continues.
