Nextgen Precision Health Institute Hardscape, Columbia, MO

Submission by PalmSHIELD
by Staff

The NextGen Precision Health building is a state-of-the-art facility at the University of Missouri-Columbia that is available to all UM System researchers. It is located adjacent to the MU Health Care and Truman VA hospitals. As part of the statewide initiative, this world-class facility brings expert health researchers and clinicians together under one roof in search of solutions to the world's greatest health challenges.

PalmSHIELD was tasked with fabricating a hardscape that matched the quality and functionality of the building. This louvered architectural screening was manufactured to match the slope of the existing landscape, a testament to PalmSHIELD's detail-oriented fabricators. The operated bi-parting cantilevered gates on this project creates upgraded security without sacrificing aesthetics. PalmSHIELD fabricated this project on a time crunch, and we are extremely pleased with the final product.
