Many people have seen landscapers planting and watering new grass and plants along Interstate 85 near Greensboro, N.C. Some called authorities to complain, but the contractors weren?EUR??,,????'?????<

People have noticed because the work and watering is happening during the middle of the day, during a drought and what appears to be a violation of Greensboro?EUR??,,????'?????<

The scene is also noticeable because workers are also using water hoses similar to those used by firefighters.

Shive said they are paying the city for the water, and use an honor system to show how much water they?EUR??,,????'?????<

Gilmore Plant and Bulb Company said it is paying for the water, not taxpayers.
