The National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) will host a national Workforce Recruitment & Development Summit in the hopes of finding solutions to the landscape industry's workforce shortage. The two-day summit will be held February 12-13 at the Alexandria Hotel, Marriott Autograph Collection in Alexandria, Va. The event agenda includes guest speakers, peer-led discussions and time for networking. The two keynote speakers for the event will be U.S Secretary of Labor, Alexander Acosta, and Ivanka Trump, director of President's Pledge to America's Workers Program. NALP encourages attendees to bring along their key staff members for purposes of team building and professional development.
