NALP recognized Jeff Buhler, Brigitte Orrick, Nick Brummel, and Nate Farley at the 2024 ELEVATE conference.

At the annual ELEVATE conference for the National Association for Landscape Professionals (NALP), four individuals were honored during the awards ceremony in Charlotte, North Carolina on November 4, receiving recognition for their leadership in the green industry. The Lifetime Leadership Award went to Jeff Buhler, Senior Vice President of Customer Service at Massey Services, for his commitment to NALP as the board president and to other non-profit organizations. Brigitte Orrick, Director of Talent Development at The Davey Tree Expert Company received the Woman Leader of the Year Award for her mentorship and support for women in the field. Brummel Lawn & Landscape LLC owner Nick Brummel accepted the Advocate of the Year Award, given for his support of the H-2B visa program and pesticide protection. Last but not least, the Young Professional of the Year Award went to Nationscapes founder Nate Farley for his transition into the landscape industry and unique approach to caring for his employees.
