Alexis V. Crespo

Waldrop Engineering, P.A. added Alexis V. Crespo, AICP, LEED AP to its planning and landscape architecture department. Crespo has six years of professional planning experience in southwest Florida, with expertise in all aspects of land use planning, including rezonings, comprehensive plan amendments, developments of regional impact, expert witness testimony and community facilitation. Alexis is certified with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). She is also active in the community, serving as the president of the Calusa Chapter of the Florida Planning & Zoning Association, vice chair of the Promised Lands Section of the American Planning Association, Florida Chapter, and membership co-chair for the Southwest Florida Branch of the U.S. Green Building Council.
