In 1997, DDG began as a small, civil engineering firm based in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Since founding, their unwavering commitment to client service excellence has allowed them to grow into a multi-disciplinary regional firm providing landscape architecture, coastal engineering, water resources engineering, architecture, environmental and regulatory consulting, surveying, transportation engineering, funding advisory, structural engineering, and project management with eight offices across the Gulf Coast. Belleview Park; Plaquemine, LA

This 16-acre multigenerational park features sports fields, playgrounds, and gathering spaces. The site enhances the local park system and gives the community an elite recreation center, including enhanced parking, new amenities, and realignment of the park's internal circulation, earning the project a 2018 ASLA Louisiana Merit Award. Port Fourchon Recreational and Wetlands Park; Port Fourchon, LA

Port Fourchon is a strategic petroleum seaport that supplies about 18% of the entire U.S. oil supply. Due to a vital expansion, a new saltwater marsh was created to mitigate impacted coastal marsh. DDG created a master plan for a 43-acre coastal wetlands park within the mitigation site.
