An added value benefit for attendees of the 2010 Landscape Expo in Long Beach will be the opportunity to meet face-to-face with several industry association representatives who will be promoting their respective organizations at the 2010 Landscape Expo - Long Beach coming this fall.

Representing virtually every major aspect of the landscape industry, attendees will be able to meet and participate with representatives of the Southern California Turgrass Council (SCTC), Pesticide Applicators Professionals Association (PAPA), the Southern California Chapter of ASLA, CLASS Fund, American Society of Irrigation Consultants (ASIC), Pest Control Operators of California, and the American Landscape Maintenance Association.

As part of an ongoing public relations plan to express support for the landscape industry, Expo management encourages various associations to participate in the show by offering them a complimentary exhibit booth where they will able present their organizations to prospective members.

The SCTC, previous manager of the tradeshow, will have a special exhibit booth to celebrate the show's 50th Anniversary. Historical memorabilia and photographs from the last 50 years will be on display. They're also going to be giving away commemorative baseball-style hats, as well as various other prizes.

The Landscape Expo takes place on Oct. 6th and 7th, from 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. daily, at the Long Beach Convention Center, Long Beach, CA. With 50 years of service to the landscape industry, the Expo is the leading industry tradeshow of its kind in the western U.S., and attracts thousands of landscape professionals involved in the design, build and maintain segments of the business.

Free admission to the tradeshow can be obtained by pre-registering now at www.landscapearchitect.com,. Once at the website, click on the button ''2010 Landscape Expo'' in the top menu bar which takes you to the show's website.
