Luxury Active Adult Living Planned for Upper Makefield UPPER MAKEFIELD, Pa. -- Westrum Development Company of Fort Washington, Pa., has retained Schoor DePalma to provide site development services for Section II of the Traditions at Washington Crossing, a planned 70-lot active adult community located in Upper Makefield Township. Schoor Depalma will provide site development engineering, pump station design and state-of-the-art stormwater management for the development, which will feature 70 single-family homes, an outdoor gathering center with a gazebo, walking trails and an open space recreation area. Construction has already begun on Section I of the project and is expected to be completed by December 2003.
