Lincoln Memorial Garden Upgrade

The Lincoln Memorial Garden is part of a park with five miles of wooded trails, wildflowers and meadows on the shores of Lake Springfield, with wooden benches marked with quotes by Mr. Lincoln.

The Lincoln Memorial Garden near Springfield, Ill. was planned in 1936 by landscape architect Jens Jensen, using native plants to re-create the character of Illinois as Abraham Lincoln knew it in his youth.
