Inception Lighting is a new permanent product offered by Christmas D????(R)???(C)cor that is installed on the trim of a building or the fascia of a house. It consists of LED light strips in molded acrylic housings, currently in three common colors, that blend in with a structure's edge. The color of the lights can be changed at any time to celebrate holidays, sporting events, or any other events.

Another franchisor, We Hang Christmas Lights, started as a local operation and in a few years was making its owners more profit in two months than they made during the rest of the year with their primary business. They report that last year they had over 1 million unique visitors to their website and received over 25,000 requests for estimates.
