LED Retrofit Kits for Bollards

Sentry Electric's LED Bollard Retrofit Kit enables the owner to realize the benefits of solid state lighting while continuing to evoke the historical theme of many North American landmark parks, universities and cities. Field retrofitting of existing bollards is easily accomplished, resulting in an extended product life cycle and reduced operating costs.

Sentry Electric now offers a simple, cost-effective solution for upgrading currently-installed bollards to LED technology. A one‑piece, unitized LED optical assembly replaces the head on the existing bollard. The existing bollard base and shaft need not be disturbed or replaced. This simplifies the installation process, reduces costs, and minimizes potential disruption to pedestrian or vehicular traffic.

The LED Bollard Retrofit Kit allows the owner to maintain the current aesthetic appearance or historical theme of the installed site. This streamlines any approval/submission process to architects, zoning boards, historical review committees, and the like.

Several light source options are available to meet the owner's lighting requirements. The LED kit also includes a terminal block and onboard surge protection.
