Glad received her Juris Doctor with Distinction from the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. Pardee Homes has promoted Gary Probert to senior vice president of sales for the company, which maintains new home building operations in six California and Nevada markets. He will be responsible for sales, options and closing services. Probert is a licensed real estate broker in California and holds a B.S. in Marketing from San Diego State University.

Rain Bird Corp., a manufacturer and provider or irrigation products and services has promoted Dave Magner to Director of its Accessories Division in Tucson, Ariz. Magner, who has been with Rain Bird for more than five years, received his BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Lou Newman has been hired as the regional sales manager for the Southeast at Florikan E.S.A., and Harman Gilbert has been promoted to national fertilizer product manager. In his new role, Newman will manage Florikan?EUR??,,????'???s increasing sales force and growth in eight southeastern states, excluding Florida, serve as product manager for container sales in the same region, and oversee operations of two warehouse facilities in Louisiana and Alabama. Gilbert will be responsible for introducing Florikan?EUR??,,????'???s innovative fertilizer concepts and technologies outside the Southeast. He is a graduate of the University of Florida.

Larry Silber, has been named president, Utility Equipment for Ingersoll Rand, which produces construction and road building equipment. Silber maintain his current responsibility for sales to the rental industry for the Ingersoll Rand Construction Technologies and Compact Vehicle Technologies sectors. Silber joined Ingersoll Rand in 1978 as a sales trainee and spent his early career in the Tool and Hoist business.

Peterson now holds the position of Secretary, while Fahringer was appointed as Director. All of the members are contractors, manufacturers, lighting designers, and Landscape Architects from the United States and Canada who share the common goals of improving the low voltage landscape lighting industry.

Tom Pinney has been inducted to ANLA Hall of Fame. Pinney, former President of Evergreen Nursery Company, Inc. earned a BA in Landscape Design and Business from his home state?EUR??,,????'???s land grant university and an MS in Ornamental Horticulture from Ohio State University. Pinney has also served on the Chamber of Commerce, its Utility Commission, the Rotary Club, the Masonic Order, his church?EUR??,,????'???s board and Habitat for Humanity.
