Ron Wolfarth, director of Rain Bird Corporation?EUR??,,????'???s landscape irrigation division, was recently named to the board of directors for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency?EUR??,,????'???s (EPA) Alliance for Water Efficiency. Wolfarth is one of 19 board members selected from throughout North America.

Mark Lien has joined Hubbell Lighting, Inc., a lighting fixture manufacturer, (HLI) as director lighting solutions. Lien is currently an active member of multiple IESNA committees and is a frequent speaker and teacher at local and national lighting events.

Sam Perez, Jr. has joined the sales team at Hunter, headquartered in San Marcos, Calif. Perez comes to Hunter with a wealth of business-to-business sales experience, having spent 16 years managing and directing high volume retail operations.

Dennis Himan has been promoted to group vice president with responsibility for several divisions including landscape contractor business (Exmark brand), at The Toro Company. He has most recently served as vice president and general manager, international business.

Arnco, a supplier of polyurethane fill for the tires of lawn mowers and utility vehicles, has appointed Matt Perhacs as technical service representative. Perhacs joins Arnco after more than five years with Lighthouse Pools. He will be based out of Berea, Ohio.

Gerry Brouwer announced that his company purchased the business, products and assets of Brouwer Turf from Commercial Grounds Care, Inc. of Johnson Creek, Wisc. The Jacobsen Division of Textron formerly owned Brouwer Turf.

GTO, Inc., a manufacturer and provider of turnkey access control system solutions for various applications, announced that Paul Haas has joined the company as northwestern regional sales manager. He has been actively involved in the construction industry since 1990.

Doosan Infracore America Corporation, formerly known as Daewoo Heavy Industries America Corporation, has appointed Michael P. Stanley as general parts manager. Doosan Infracore America Corporation provides sales, service, and technical support for Doosan Daewoo heavy construction equipment and lift trucks.

Brian Cochran has recently been named sales and marketing manager for Worksaver, Inc., a manufacturer of agricultural shortline equipment. Cochran joined Worksaver in December 2006, prior to this he served as district sales manager for Simplicity Manufacturing.

The Board of Directors of Quest Technologies, Inc., announced the appointment of James D. Banach to executive vice president. Quest Technologies is a manufacturer of industrial hygiene, occupational safety, and environmental instrumentation and software. Banach has been with Quest Technologies for more than 20 years.

Jeff Fleming has joined the sales team at Hunter, a manufacturer of irrigation equipment for turf, landscape, and golf. Fleming is a graduate of Lake City College in Florida, where he received a degree in Agronomy-Science.

AquaMaster recently announced the hiring of Jeffrey Suttner as their Midwest regional sales manager. He will be responsible for eleven states and based out of Wisconsin.

Matthew Wilson has been promoted to service and compliance manager at RedMax/Komatsu Zenoah America Inc., a manufacturer of commercial outdoor power equipment for the land care professional. Wilson joined Red Max in 2005 and brought more than 15 years of technical experience in the outdoor power equipment business.

Mike Kloster was recently promoted to president at Worksaver, Inc. Kloster joined Worksaver in early 2000 as national sales and marketing manager, coming from 17 years with AGCO/Massey Ferguson. He was promoted to executive vice president in 2004.
