And speaking of these times,
A look back is in store . . .
For what a year this 0-0-6,
Has laid upon our floor . . .

For me this year has built us,
A house that?EUR??,,????'???s big and wide . . .
Two hundred feet of driveway,
And dare I say some pride.

And with it understanding,
Better than before . . .
Of what it takes to build things,
Both in and out the door.

But while we were a?EUR??,,????'??? building,
And tilling up the ground . . .
Interest rates were climbing,
And things were slowing down.

But wait, you say, Twas not with me
We barely could keep pace . . .
Work was flying off the shelf,
As if it were a race . . .

For it is true that biz is good,
And there?EUR??,,????'???s no end in sight . . .
Yeah even with it slowing down,
There?EUR??,,????'???s plenty going right!

Yet then again what did we see?
Twas trouble in the attic . . .
When all was done that Tuesday eve,
The House was Democratic . . .

I think the people were upset,
With war upon the Axis . . .
But future biz will still depend,
On them not raising taxes!

But politics is not all that,
There?EUR??,,????'???s much more in the air . . .
And I?EUR??,,????'???m not talking greenhouse gas,
Although we must beware . . .

But then we see with H2B,
They all protect their hides . . .
And if we?EUR??,,????'???re talking fences,
There?EUR??,,????'???s many on both sides . . .

With labor this and labor that,
There?EUR??,,????'???s lots of fuel to fan it . . .
But one strong voice has stepped up front,
And that strong voice is PLANET.

And while so much has gone so right,
It?EUR??,,????'???s time now to be frank . . .
There are many who have left us,
So many whom we thank . . .

For leaving this a better place,
By pushing on the gears . . .
And guiding us with helping hands,
For oh so many years . . .

But now it?EUR??,,????'???s time to look ahead,
Yeah, get your engine rev?EUR??,,????'???in!
For just like Bond, all will be new,
For good ole?EUR??,,????'??? double ?EUR??,,????'??O?EUR??,,????'?? seven . . .

Yes, next year looks to be quite strong,
Regardless of your party . . .
As interest rates are coming down,
The biz will be quite hearty.

So grab the ones you love the most,
And lift your glass with cheer . . .
