Association of Professional Landscape Designers bestowed Fellowship upon three of its members during the Awards Dinner at its Annual International Landscape Design Conference held last month in Cleveland, Ohio. Fellowship is the highest honor that APLD bestows on its members. Congratulations go to Tina Nyce, FAPLD; Rosalind Reed, FAPLD; and Samuel Salsbury, FAPLD. These three are the newest additions to a very elite group. In APLD's 22-year history, only 11 others have received this honor. Nyce exemplifies the organization that is APLD with her involvement, enthusiasm, vigor, opinions and thoughtful feedback. Through her 20 year career in design, Reed's gardens have demonstrated a high level of art and creativity. Salsbury's projects have demonstrated a mastery of design that advances the art and social responsibility of landscape design while also stewarding the land.
