Frank DeCarlo

Liberty Tire Recycling announced the appointment of Frank DeCarlo as general counsel. In his new role with Liberty Tire, DeCarlo will provide expert legal and business management guidance in the areas of acquisitions, financing, corporate governance, compliance and employment. Active in his community, DeCarlo serves as chairman of the board of directors for the Veterans Leadership Program of Western PA, a nonprofit organization that helps veterans in need. He is also a board member of the National Flag Foundation, a nonprofit group whose mission is to teach respect for the U.S. flag, pride in country and responsible citizenship.
