San Diego California Landscape Contractors Association recently awarded California State Assemblyman Nathan Fletcher with the CLCA Legislator of the Year award. CLCA recognized Fletcher for his commitment and dedication to water conservation and his aggressive protection of San Diego landscape related businesses. ''California needs to offer small businesses a competitive environment if we're going to strengthen our economy and get people back to work,'' Fletcher stated.
