Netafim named Diane Noecker as director of sales and marketing for the landscape division. Noecker will oversee strategic direction and manage the field sales force. Noecker most recently served as the director of customer lifecycle management at AT&T and previously held senior marketing roles in the irrigation manufacturing industry for 11 years.
