Eric Wahl, landscape architect at Element Design Group in Lewes, Del. was recently elected as president of the Delaware Native Plant Society. In addition, he will be instructing two new certificate programs at Delaware Technical and Community College in Georgetown, Del.: landscape design and native plant identification. A graduate of Temple University's BSLA program, Wahl has worked in the fields of landscape architecture and site design for over 20 years. Bruce Hazzard, president and CEO of Design Management LLC in Asheville, North Carolina, has agreed to become president of Caicos Resorts, Ltd. CRL is the developer of the Amanyara Resort & Villas in Turks & Caicos Islands, British West Indies. He will provide oversight and strategic planning for the final phases of build-out of the resort and other remaining ancillary projects in the region while also maintaining ongoing operations in North Carolina. ![]() Mark Fisher TO Design, LLC, a New Britain, Connecticut-based landscape architecture firm, has promoted Mark Fisher to principal. She recently graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a dual masters in landscape architecture and city/regional planning. At SRA, Xie is working on city-wide and individual park master plans, city/town branding, streetscape enhancements, multi-use trail systems, athletic complexes, and passive parks. Dwight Taylor has been hired as a landscape architect with the firm. He is a Texas registered landscape architect with over 30 years of experience in planning, design, management, and marketing for public and private sector projects.
