Stephen Hughes

Association of Pool & Spa Professionals announces that the 2011 Dr. Neil Lowry Memorial Award has been awarded to the Alexandria Health Department in Virginia with environmental health technical specialist, Stephen Hughes accepting the award. The award recognizes public health officials for outstanding contributions to advance the health and safety of recreational water use.
