Chris Bratty and Reid Kunishige have joined the Orange County, Calif. office of R.A. Smith National — a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm with headquarters in Brookfield, Wis. The firm opened an office in Orange, Calif. Bratty is the western regional manager with more than 25 years of experience in land development involving retail, commercial, industrial and residential projects. Kunishige is a civil engineering technician with more than 16 years of experience in retail, commercial, institutional and residential development projects.
