Pittsburgh-based Liberty Tire Recycling, the premier provider of tire recycling services in the United States, announced the appointment of Douglas Carlson as vice president of asphalt products.  In his new role, Carlson will help Liberty Tire Recycling focus on the emerging market of rubber asphalt.  The company also appointed Kurt Meyer as senior vice president of sales and marketing.  In his new role, Meyer will oversee the planning, development and implementation of company-wide sales and marketing initiatives.
