?EUR??,,????'???? Landscape architecture and land planning firm, TGB Partners, has announced that Vance Hall is the newest addition to their Dallas office. Vance earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Oklahoma State University in 2005. He is currently working on the design and production of neighborhood developments in Texas.

?EUR??,,????'???? Also at TGB Partners is Wes Penn, who recently joined the firm?EUR??,,????'???s Dallas office. Wes is currently working on the Woodland Estates and Saratoga residential communities and the Alliance Town Center, a retail and mixed-use development.

?EUR??,,????'???? The City of Kansas City, Missouri, Planning, Preservation and Urban Design Division recently announced Jade Liska, ASLA, as their new northland planner for the area. Liska has more than 11 years of experience in the private sector working in Wichita, Kan., for multidisciplinary engineering, planning and landscape architecture offices and will now assist in the city?EUR??,,????'???s numerous area plans, corridor studies, citywide trail systems and northland development issues.

?EUR??,,????'???? Keith Wilson, ASLA, was promoted to Associate Landscape Architect at The HLA Group. Keith joined The HLA Group in 1999 after graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Landscape Architecture. He is a member of the California Parks and Recreation Society, Sacramento Tree Foundation technical Advisory Committee, and is past president of the Sierra Chapter, ASLA.

?EUR??,,????'???? Ann-Marie Godfrey has joined Norris Design as a Landscape Architect. Godfrey recent earned her MLA at the University of Colorado at Denver. Also new to Norris Design is Landscape Architect, Corey Haselhorst. Haselhorst comes to Norris design from a firm in Tucson. He graduated from the University of Nebraska and earned his MLA at the University of Arizona. Katie Carney has joined Norris Design as a graphic designer. Carney recently graduated from Colorado State University with a fine arts degree. Norris Design is a planning and landscape architecture design firm with offices in Denver and Tucson.

Becker has joined the company as director of sales and proposal management. FabriTec is a subsidiary of USA Shade & Fabric Structures Inc., a company that designs, manufactures, supplies and constructs architectural fabric structures. Becker has been involved in the design innovations and sales of custom fabric structures for more than 26 years.

?EUR??,,????'???? J. Martin Erbaugh, chairman of LESCO and senior adviser to Davey Tree , joined Horticultural Asset Management, Inc. (HMI) as a strategic adviser. Using its database of replacement on thousands of different trees and shrubs through its Horticultural Scientific Standard (HS2), HMI is able to support insurance, extended warranty, and casualty loss products for property owners.

Efren Saenz has been appointed as the new vice president of manufacturing at Vista Professional Outdoor Lighting. Saenz previously worked with Columbia Lighting in Spokane, Wash. as a quality manager.
