Carlos Clarke

Carlos Clarke has rejoined ColeJenest & Stone, P.A. as a senior CAD technician. A graduate of Strayer University and Maryland Drafting Institute with an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems, Clarke originally joined ColeJenest & Stone in April 2005.

Award-winning urban design, landscape architecture and entertainment design firm, MSI, is the recipient of the prestigious 2007 James B. Recchie Design Award for its master-plan of North Bank Park in Columbus, OH.

Brian E. Clark

Brian E. Clark, ASLA, senior principal and president of Brian Clark and Associates in Des Moines, is the recipient of the 2007 Design Achievement Award presented by Iowa State University?EUR??,,????'???s College of Design. The Design Achievement Award recognizes outstanding mid-career creative and professional achievements of alumni in the fields of architecture, art and design, community and regional planning, and landscape architecture.

Greg Lockridge, AIA, LEED AP, has been promoted to senior associate with in Nuszer Kopatz?EUR??,,????'???s newly formed architecture studio. The architecture studio has also added Stacey Brady and Lisa Frahm as project managers.

The Illinois Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) presented Hitchcock Design Group with awards for three different projects at their annual awards banquet. They received two Merit Awards in the Public Design category and an Honor Award in the Communications Category.

Lisa Carey has joined ColeJenest & Stone, P.A. as a project landscape architect. She received her MLA degree from Ohio State University and her Master of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Project EverGreen today announced the appointment of Chris Kujawa of Kujawa Enterprises, Inc. (KEI), to lead the organization through 2008 as president of the group?EUR??,,????'???s board of directors. Project EverGreen is a national non-profit organization representing service providers, associations, suppliers/distributors, media companies, other organizations and individuals affiliated with the green industry.

Zack Space (D-OH-18)

Representative Zack Space (D-OH-18) has introduced the Small Community Visioning Improvement Act, H.R. 3374, which is based upon the work of landscape architects and other design professionals who are involved in visioning projects around the country. ASLA is now working with Rep. Space to add cosponsors.

Bluegreen, a landscape architecture and planning studio located in Aspen, is the recipient of five design awards at this year?EUR??,,????'???s Colorado Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects conference. Bluegreen?EUR??,,????'???s five award-winning projects include three residential projects, one affordable housing project and an award for the firm?EUR??,,????'???s recently published book.

Mishelle Hilliard

Mishelle Hilliard has joined WilsonMiller?EUR??,,????'???s Sarasota office as a member of the firm?EUR??,,????'???s WilsonMiller Design Business Unit. Hilliard graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Ohio State University in 2006. While in school, she took part in a cooperative opportunity-learning program between the university and Bird Houk Collaborative, a Columbus-based firm focusing on a wide range of private and public projects.

Greg Havens

Andrea James has joined ColeJenest & Stone, P.A. as a site designer II. She received her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from West Virginia University.

Cord Blendermann has been promoted to project manager at ColeJenest & Stone, P.A. He joined the firm in August 2005. Blendermann received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and Land Surveying Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland.
