Carlos Clarke has rejoined ColeJenest & Stone, P.A. as a senior CAD technician. A graduate of Strayer University and Maryland Drafting Institute with an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems, Clarke originally joined ColeJenest & Stone in April 2005.

Cord Blendermann has been promoted to project manager at ColeJenest & Stone, P.A. He joined the firm in August 2005. Blendermann received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and Land Surveying Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland.
