Poage, who earned her bachelor?EUR??,,????'???s degree from Texas A&M in 2003, is currently involved with the schematic and conceptual entry designs for Lone Star Crossing, a retail development in Fort Worth, Texas.

Jason Dolan has been promoted to project Landscape Architect at the Pennsylvania office of ColeJenest & Stone. Dolan joined the firm in 2003 as a Landscape Architect II. He provides landscape architectural design services for clients throughout the Carolinas and Virginia. Dolan received his bachelor?EUR??,,????'???s degree in landscape architecture from West Virginia University in Morgantown, W. Va. Also at ColeJenest & Stone, Bill Boston has been promoted to project civil designer II. Boston joined the firm in 2004 as a civil designer I.

Marisa Dittmann


Landscape architecture and engineering firm Dufresne-Henry recently hired Paul Kaskey, the former city manager of St. Cloud, Fla., to lead their offices in Florida. Kasey will manage Dufresne-Henry?EUR??,,????'???s offices in Port Charlotte, Sarasota and St. Cloud. He will oversee the firm?EUR??,,????'???s services in the state which include: water and wastewater engineering, site planning, landscape architecture, and transportation engineering. Kaskey has more than 20 years of experience working in Florida local government.






Paul Kaskey


JJR, LLC recently added four staff members to their offices in Madison, Wis. and Chicago. Cassandra Goodwin, civil engineer and Joe Porter, site designer joined the staff at the Madison office. Goodwin comes to JJR from Strand Associates, Inc. where she was a project engineer for engineering projects and studies including storm water treatment facilities. Porter worked as a Landscape Architect with DTJ Design, Inc. in Colorado before coming to JJR. Joining the Chicago office are Carolina Garcia and Marisa Dittmann. Garcia is a site designer who recently completed coursework for her master?EUR??,,????'???s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dittmann joins JJR as an entry level site designer. Prior to JJR, Dittmann worked at Pugsley and LaHaie, Ltd. in Lake Zurich, Ill.

As president, Dutko is responsible for guiding the firm?EUR??,,????'???s corporate vision and as chief operating officer, he is responsible for overseeing the firm?EUR??,,????'???s operations and profitability, including business systems, financial management, and corporate operations.






Frank Lauro


Profile Products LLC has announced the addition of Frank Lauro to their company. Lauro will focus on market development for Profile Erosion Control Solutions (PECS) in the western United States. Lauro came to Profile from SI Geosolutions where he was the western regional manager. Prior to this position, he was employed with GeoSyntec Consultants, a leading geotechnical, environmental and stormwater consulting firm.

Deanna Bounds has been promoted from director of marketing to associate at the TBG Partners office in Austin, Texas. Bounds graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997, earning a bachelor?EUR??,,????'???s degree in interior design and a minor in business administration.






Michelle Rodwell


Initial Tropical Plants, provider of interior landscaping, design installation and maintenance services to business in North America, recently announced the appointment of Michelle Rodwell as director of marketing. Before coming to Initial Tropical Plants, Rodwell lead the development and implementation of direct marketing campaigns for Chartered Marketing Services.






Robert Best


Clyde Smith has joined BASF Professional Vegetation Management as a sales specialist covering the north Florida territory. Smith comes to BASF from the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Extension where he served as a regional integrated pest management agronomy agent. In his new position, Smith will assist government organizations and private landowners control invasive species, manage land for endangered species and manage vegetation in the region.






Walt Dutko


Robert Best has been hired by Vista Professional Outdoor Lighting as their new northern California district trainer. Best will be leading Vista training seminars and offering field support in an area that includes San Francisco, the Monterey Peninsula, Bakersfield, Sacramento and Reno, Nev. In addition, Best will also oversee new product introductions and all Vista promotions.

Profile Products LLC recently hired Karen Csech as their executive sales assistant. Csech will work with Profile sales managers to process distributor information and provide customer service. Profile Products manufactures erosion control and hydraulic mulch products for commercial, residential, transportation, landfill and golf course markets.
