This month?EUR??,,????'???s Landscape of the Month was submitted by Christine Rains of POD, Inc. for their work at the $250 million Koll Center Irvine, a master planned corporate office park. The developer and contractor was the Koll Company and the architects were Arthur Gensler and Associates, Inc. and Aibert C. Martin Associates.

POD?EUR??,,????'???s Landscape Master Plan & Design served to integrate the building complex, which is located on two separate parcels of land divided by a major avenue. A grove of palm trees creates a strong axis, which ties the two parcels together. Of additional special interest are the sculptural water elements incorporated into the plaza and courtyards designed by POD.
