This months Landscape of the Month was submitted by Francis Sullivan of Sullivan Concrete Textures for their work in conjunction with the Peridian Group at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel, California. This $3,000,000 landscape features several old Spanish style courtyards complete with water features and plush greenery. The concrete work done by Sullivan Concrete featured the Bomanite process.

For the Peridian Group the Principal in Charge was Arthur (Gary) Beggs while Don Hemry was the Design Principal. Frank Marczynski was the Project Manager. The developer for this award winning project was W.B. Johnson.
