This month?EUR??,,????'???s Landscape of the Month was submitted by James Franklin of JL Construction in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, California for their work in conjunction with Jim Hogan and Dana Seelig of Hogan Roy Partners in Costa Mesa, California the 180 unit Venezia Sul Mare Apartment Complex in Oceanside.

The project, located in the historic Mission District, won the 1986 Beautification Award from the San Diego California Landscape Contractors Association. Working with the city to maintain the integrity of the mission area JL Construction, Hogan Roy Partners, and American Eagle Landscape of San Marcos pooled their efforts to produce this outstanding environment.

Congratulations to Hogan Roy Partners, JL Construction, and American Eagle Landscape for their fine work. A $25.00 donation has been made in their name to the CLASS Fund.
