This months Landscape of the Month was submitted by Craig Pauley of Craig Pauiey & Associates, Inc. and Julie Brinkerhoff of Lifescapes, Inc., Newport Beach, California. Their work at the B.J. Grumman residence in Newport Beach’s Belcourt Community has taken the state CLCA Sweepstakes Award and the Long Beach/Orange County 1st Place for Unlimited Residential Estates Award.
Developed by J.M. Peters of Newport Beach, this 6000 square foot custom home sports a $200,000 landscape. Dave Tardiff was the project director for Lifescapes, Inc., while Jeff Greyson supervised the on-site production landscaping for Craig Pauley & Associates.
One of the unique features of this award winning landscape is the balanced use of both low voltage and 110V lighting. The low voltage system (which happens to be Nightscaping) is set to a timer and comes on each night to provide a consistent lightscape throughout the backyard. The 110V system is used for parties and times when heavy lighting is needed.
Congratulations to Lifescapes, Inc. and Craig Pauley & Associates for your Award-winning work. Nightscaping has donated $25 in your names to the CLASS Fund.
