Travis Niederhofer, a survey crew coordinator for Oates Associates, has earned his Illinois Professional Land Surveyor License. As survey crew coordinator, Niederhofer uses his 13 years of experience in all phases of boundary and right-of-way land surveying, from right-of-way platting to right-of-way acquisition procedures. Oates Associates services include engineering, urban planning and landscape architecture.
