Will Blair, RLA, LEED AP, is now co-principal at Blair-Hill Landscape Architects in Cedar Park, Texas. Upon receiving his degree from Texas A&M University, Blair joined with landscape architect Alan Hill. B-HLA's specialty is commercial landscape plans for city permitting. It also offers designs for residential and the municipal sector in central Texas.
