Jeff Brophy

Land Design South announces several executive promotions which reflect the company's 27 year commitment to build and maintain a strong and dynamic partnership team. The three directors promoted to principal were Jeff Brophy, Brian Terry and Leslie Murrell. Originally joining the firm in 2000, Brophy manages the site planning process for major residential, commercial, civic and mixed-use developments across south Florida. Since joining the firm in 2003, Terry has used his master planning experience to help clients create a vision for their projects for both small and large scale residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational developments. Murrell is responsible for land use and comprehensive planning in local government and private sectors in Florida, overseeing a variety of planning projects including current and neighborhood planning efforts.
