Outside the Lines, Inc. (OTL) and Comstock Landscape Architecture are hired to refurbish Lotusland in Montecito, California. This 37-acre botanical garden has amazed visitors since 1941 and was called "one of the world's most beautiful gardens" by the Los Angeles Times.
