Aqua Design International is a landscape architecture firm specializing in pool, spa and water feature design. Formed in 1996 to meet the needs of the architectural community for high-quality aquatic consulting, the firm collaborates with architects and landscape architects to provide design expertise. Co-owners/principals David Acklin, president, and Kenneth Paulson, RLA are experts in the aquatic sector of the construction industry. The firm coordinates all aspects of pool design (structures, mechanical filtration, chemical treatment, fittings, piping systems and finishes) with the architect or landscape architect, and delivers high-quality construction documents.

Skyline Aquatic Center, Mesa
The Skyline Aquatic Center is located about 20 miles east of Phoenix in Mesa. The project included a 77 by 25 yard competition pool with bulkhead, warm-up pool with beach entry, water play equipment and water slide. This facility now hosts premier swimming competitions for athletes from Arizona and around the U.S.
