The Residences at the Inner Harbor-Ritz Carlton, Baltimore

Located at the foot of Historic Federal Hill in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, this property features luxury, waterfront residences. As an integral member of the design team, Stone Hill Design Associates developed a master plan for the property that includes a waterfront promenade, private walled gardens with fountains, curved walks and park benches. The porte cochere features brick and iron entry gates flanked by piers and decorative paving throughout.
Elegant site furnishings, fountains and plant materials were selected to complement the outdoor terraces and gardens. Stone Hill Design Associates completed design development and construction documents for this project.

Landscape architectural services for the site development of this new student housing complex included incorporation of new buildings to the existing circulation patterns of the campus. Several courtyard spaces were created to enhance the varied uses of the housing complex, including an extensive paved plaza used for large-scale gatherings. Site furnishings include benches, lighting, tables, chairs and barbeques. Complete design documents through construction documentation/administration were provided.
