Steps from the beach, this luxury hotel pays homage to its location. In addition to a renovated tower and pool deck complete with water slides and 'beach' bonfire pits, a secondary tower was implemented and includes a wedding garden.

The Westerly on Lincoln

The Westerly on Lincoln is a luxury apartment community. Upon approach, tenants and their guests are drawn in with a custom internally lit LED "wave" that pulls inspiration from the subtle wakes of the adjacent harbor. Interior spaces include a cascading fountain, pool and spa, firepits, and interspersed soft seating areas throughout the property.

Agile, innovative, and capable of realizing projects at all scales, Landstudio360 is a boutique design studio offering a comprehensive spectrum of services in landscape architecture, planning, and design. We take pride in providing a highly responsive, collaborative approach as we integrate aesthetic design, functional strategy, and innovative ideas into environments that strengthen our clients' brands and enhance people's experiences. There are two principals and three RLAs with a total staff of nine. We've been in business for over eight years and are a multi-faceted landscape architecture firm that offers high-level, detailed design across all market sectors. We do tend to gravitate towards hospitality, commercial, and medium-to-high density residential projects, but we feel that in today's world market sectors often blend so we focus on creating experiences that enhance the user experience in any environment or project type. Ls360 prioritizes providing excellent client-first service and strives to take on a project leadership role in each project we are a part of.
