Landscape Lighting Shocks Man and Dog

The Music Center at Strathmore is a beautiful edifice, but has a landscape lighting problem.

The outdoor concert facility of the new Music Center at Strathmore in North Bethesda, Maryland, has an outdoor lighting problem. The Washington Post reports a man and his German Shepard were shocked from current coming up from the ground. A public works spokesman blames faculty landscape lighting, but could not pinpoint the problem.

Both man and beast are OK, but the man underwent hospital observation and the voltage toppled the dog to the ground.
