MADISON, Wis. ?EUR??,,????'??? University of Wisconsin-Madison?EUR??,,????'???s Department of Landscape Architecture is actively pursuing community design research service projects. The Community Design Research Services program includes: community-focused undergraduate and graduate thesis projects; and faculty supervised participatory design and planning projects. Students in the professional program in Landscape Architecture are required to complete a ?EUR??,,????'??Senior Thesis/Capstone Project?EUR??,,????'?? in their senior year. In addition, graduate students will occasionally focus their research on community-based design and planning issues. The office of Community Design Research Services will coordinate the interests and educational requirements of individual students with community needs across the state. The Community Design Research Services faculty coordinator will work with a group of students to facilitate a number of participatory community design and planning projects. Each project will result in a document of recommendations, which will outline and illustrate projects and policies designed to forward the community?EUR??,,????'???s vision and goals for the future. Up to 25 projects per year will be accepted. If you wish to apply for consideration, please fill out the attached form and return it as soon as possible before the beginning of the academic year.
