Washington, D.C. - James L. Lammie was recently honored by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) with the Outstanding Achievement in Management Award for a career that has spanned 48 years. According to the ASCE, the former CEO and president of Parsons Brinckeroff, Inc. was presented with the award at the second annual Outstanding Projects and Leaders award gala. "James has been one of the most important visionaries and leaders in management, garnering wide recognition for his leadership, innovation and accomplishments in engineering, construction, military and academic settings," said ASCE President Robert W.
