Kissimmee Complex Awarded to Foster Conant

ORLANDO, Fla.?EUR??,,????'??+Foster Conant & Associates (FCA), a 14-person landscape architectural practice, has been selected for Lighthouse Key, a 600-unit fractional ownership complex being developed and built by Intervest Construction, Inc. of Kissimmee, Florida. FCA is providing the landscape architectural design, construction documents and construction observation for landscape, irrigation, grading, hardscape amenities, architectural amenities, site lighting, layout, site electrical engineering and signage. The complex is composed of 14, five story buildings, an 8,000 square foot reception clubhouse and a swimming pool.

"As site-specific landscape architects, this project offers our team a wonderful opportunity to enhance the architectural design with exterior amenities and plantings," said Keith Oropeza, FCA design principal.

A B Design Group is the architect of record with Hollis Engineering, Inc. providing civil engineering.
