ELLICOTT CITY, Md. - Bill Kirwin has stepped down from the Board of Examiners of Landscape Architects (BELA) after having served for 16 years on the Board. Kirwin has been active with the Council of Landscape Architectural Registraion Board (CLARB) and has been Chair of the Maryland Board for over 10 years. Through his tenure the Board went smoothly through Sunset Review in 1992 and has successfully been reviewed past this year. Kirwin has strongly supported the concept of meeting jointly with the other professional design boards in order to facilitate a smooth working relationship.
