Kubota Corporation announced it has agreed to purchase Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc., based in Salina, Kansas. The purchase will include the company's multiple facilities in Kansas, a manufacturing plant in Sleaford, England, and all five of the company's divisions including Land Pride, which manufacturers zero-turn mowers and over 250 tractor implements for the grounds maintenance market.

Dodge Data & Analytics, a leading provider of data and intelligence for the $800 billion-plus North American construction industry, announced the acquisition of a top data integration firm, Ingenium Technologies Corporation and its ConstructionPoints mobile and desktop applications. The deal is designed to improve Dodge's ability???(R)???AE'?N????e'?N,A+to deliver project data to customers???(R)???AE'?N????e'?N,A+by integrating it right into the workflow.

Signature Landscapes of Reno, Nevada and Celtic Lawn and Landscapes of Carson City, Nevada recently merged to strengthen operations, better serve their customer base that also includes the Dayton, Minden and Gardnerville areas, and to be better suited to take advantage of northern Nevada's anticipated growth.

The Bruce Company, one of the nation's Top 100 landscape contract businesses and the largest in Wisconsin, has bought Verona, Wisconsin-based Landscape Care Company. All of the company's employees will join The Bruce Company's 350 workers as will Landscape Care owners Mike and Kathy Simon, and additional qualified people will be added according to president and COO Seth Nicholson.

Two regional landscape firms have joined Monarch Landscape Holdings, a growing family of landscape companies. Monarch made its first expansion into San Jose, Calif. with the addition of Jensen Landscape and strengthened its Pacific Northwest presence with the addition of Northwest Landscape Services in Woodinville, Wash.
