Pacific STIHL, a division of STIHL Inc., announced its second expansion in five years, thanks to the growth of STIHL dealers in its territory. The new facility, slated to open June 1, nearly triples the square footage available to Pacific STIHL to about 140,000 sq. ft. on eight acres. This more than doubles its dock doors from eight to 18, and enables it to continue same day fulfillment of dealer orders.





Danver Stainless Outdoor Kitchens announced a new partnership with 2020, a provider of space planning and furniture manufacturing software. The partnership allows design professionals to research and then incorporate Danver and Brown Jordan Outdoor Kitchens products in their plans and renderings using 2020's room and space planning software, 2020 Design. Its online catalog is set to feature a wide selection of Danver's stainless steel outdoor kitchen cabinetry.

Village Nurseries and the family of Jensen Landscape Companies have teamed up to supply, design and install four recent Northern California landscape installations which run the gamut from commercial and residential to green roof and senior housing. According to Adam Lambre, Jensen's plant purchasing specialist, Village Nurseries was chosen based on their high quality consistency of plant material and their vast and varied plant selection.





If all goes as planned, Diamond Mowers will move late this summer from southwest of Sioux Falls, S.D., into a new 51,000-square-foot manufacturing building on the north side of the city. The growing business looked for an existing space but decided to build after finding few options in the market.





After a multiyear study focused on modernizing its global headquarters, Caterpillar Inc. reaffirmed it will remain in Peoria, Ill., and revealed a design that will eventually span 31 acres on the city's riverfront. The key element of the campus is a three-tower building located in the heart of a six-block campus, which includes work spaces and amenities designed to retain and attract talent.





Irrigation Association has relocated its office to a new location in Fairfax, Va. IA has been in its current location since 1999 in Falls Church, Va., when it had eight staff members and a budget of just under $1.4 million. Today, the association has 15 full-time and six part-time employees, and an annual budget of $3.5 million. The move will allow IA to better serve its members, host classes and meetings on-site, and accommodate future growth.
