John Deere Landscapes (JDL) has opened a new Arlington, Texas landscape and irrigation supply center with an on-site nursery at 811 West Harris Rd.
?EUR??,,????'??This new center is strictly designed for contractor convenience,?EUR??,,????'?? explained Claude Whitehead, JDL regional vice president. ?EUR??,,????'??Contractors will find everything they need for a complete installation in one location,?EUR??,,????'?? he asserted, from irrigation and landscape supplies to outdoor lighting, nursery stock, water features, bricks, pavers, natural stone, tools and more.
The Arlington branch has a larger delivery truck with portable forklift that will place pallets of sod, mulch, or other materials on job sites exactly where contractors need them.
JDL closed three smaller branches in Texas (Arlington, Ft. Worth and Mansfield) and transferred staff to the expanded Arlington center. JDL is the largest wholesale distributor in the landscape industry, with more than 250 locations in the U.S. and Canada. The company has 27 branches in the long star state.
