Ivy Wins Awards

SAN DIEGO-Principals Harry Mestyanek, Woody Dike and the team members of four Ivy studios in San Diego, Laguna Beach, Calif., Long Beach, Calif., and Cayucos, Calif. announced that four projects in which Ivy had significant involvement won awards at the 2001 Pacific Coast Builders Conference.

The awards included: Gold Nugget Award-Best Renovated or Restored Single Project for the President's House at Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, Calif.; Gold Nugget Award-Best Senior Housing Assisted Living for the Sunrise Claremont Senior Housing in Claremont; Award of Merit-Best Commercial Project (Retail) for the Viejas Springs Village in Alpine, Calif.; and Award of merit-Best Apartment Project up to Four Stories for the Laurel Tree Apartments in Carlsbad, Calif.
