A partnership between Central Turf & Irrigation Supply, which currently has 38 stores, and equipment manufacturer PermaGreen intends to better serve the commercial and residential lawn care industry in the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest U.S. and parts of Canada.

As part of a strategy to expand its equipment division, Central Turf & Irrigation Supply, recently established a distribution partnership with equipment manufacturer PermaGreen.

The supply company, based in Elmsford, N.Y., will be one of the few authorized dealers of the Triumph Sprayer Spreaders in the U.S. – able to sell, lease, and service any version of the sprayer/spreaders. Besides selling the entire unit, they can sell the parts, which are reported to be difficult to find. The sprayer/spreader allows professionals to spread seed, chemicals and ice melt, all with one machine.

"This year we set out to become a bigger and better supplier of equipment to lawn care professionals, and this partnership put the icing on the cake" said Bernardo Luciano, president of the supply company.

With 38 stores in the United States and Canada, the company's inventory includes a variety of water efficient products for commercial projects, residential projects and golf courses. They hope this partnership will allow them to serve more large-scale property management companies and other larger sectors of the industry.
