The Irrigation Foundation has launched a new section on its website to educate students on careers in irrigation.

The website explores career pathways in different sectors of landscape and agriculture irrigation. The pathways show starting positions and the progression of each position.

The new feature aims to provide guidance for high school and college students interested in a career in irrigation.

"We are excited to offer this valuable resource to highlight the incredible career opportunities available in this expanding industry," said Janine Sparrowgrove, Irrigation Foundation director.

The website includes careers such as distributor, contractor and manufacturer. Each section lists positions in the field along with descriptions of the job, responsibilities, education and experience needed, and salary.
