Imidacloprid Now Off Patent

Imidacloprid is now off patent there will be many new players in the market.

As a systemic insecticide it should be applied prior to infestation or at the first sign of insect activity to allow adequate product uptake by target plants.

PBI/Gordon Corp. has added ImidiPro systemic insecticide to its product line.

The active ingredient, imidacloprid, is used extensively in the management of insect pests that attack turfgrass and ornamentals.
